Reporting to the Development Team Lead, you will work closely with our clients as well as the sales, project management, quality assurance, and programming teams to define the documentation required for optimal solution delivery. Through your actions, you will help embody and communicate the company’s vision and values.
Job Description
In this versatile role as a Technical Support Technician, you will be required to :
Provide high-quality support services to our clients, including troubleshooting issues related to Windows Server, Office 365, Hyper‑V/VMware, as well as network and security solutions (firewalls, enterprise antivirus).
Diagnose and resolve complex incidents while ensuring thorough follow-up with clients.
Collaborate on the deployment of modern solutions such as Azure and Microsoft Teams.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT processes and ensure data security
Provide on-site technical support to clients when required.
Participate in virtual or in‑person assemblies, occasionally held in the evenings, as well as periodic on-call duties, all according to a scheduled rotation system.
Desired Profile
We are looking for a candidate with the following skills:
Technical Skills:
Proven expertise in IT infrastructure management and networking.
Solid knowledge of Microsoft environments and tools (Windows Server, Office 365, Azure, etc.).
Relevant certifications (e.g.: Microsoft, VMware, SonicWALL) considered a significant asset.
Experience working within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment is an asset.
Expérience and Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in Level 2 or Level 3 technical support.
Proficiency in French (written, spoken, comprehension) is essential. English is an asset, as some clients are exclusively English-speaking.
Personal Skills:
Strong adaptability and autonomy in tackling a variety of challenges.
Ability to deliver excellent customer service, even in high-pressure situations.
Valid driver’s license required for occasional travel.
